To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental
(tax included) must be sent to guarantee the reservation.
After your vacation dates have been confirmed and the deposit is
received, a notice will be sent confirming that the reservation has
been secured. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Checks or money order in US funds are accepted for payment.
Checks should be made payable to DRR and mailed to 23594 Keen Road,
Chance, MD 21821.

The maximum number of guests permitted in the villa is ten (10)
adults and 1 infant.

The rates includes the services of our cook/housekeeper,
gardener, maintenance man, and night watchman.
The cook/housekeepers hours are 8:30-4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday and Sunday,
8:30 thru breakfast.

The villa has an on-site manager,
Gabino Binet. He settles in our guests and
answers any questions that you may have. The
villa belongs to a home owners association over see
by Lou Auletta, a retired
IBM executive. He and his wife have lived in Confresi for more
than 23 years. Rochelle and her assistant Gus,
manage the bookings of the tours for our guests.

The primary housekeeper should be tipped $3 US dollars per day
per person (children included). Guests may certainly increase
the housekeeper's tip if they wish to be more generous in view of
the many services she provides. It is not necessary to tip the
second housekeeper unless special attention was provided and guests
wish to show their appreciation. For groups of eight (8) or
more the tips will be paid in advance with the last
payment.

In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to
re-rent the villa. If successful the payments will be
refunded. If the villa is not rebooked for reserved dates, the
rental amount is forfeited. Guests are encouraged to purchase
trip insurance that includes the vacation rental. Coverage
varies with different insurance companies. Please read the
policy details and know what is and is not covered for your policy.

No "local" guests are permitted on the premises at any time.
Violation of the restriction will result in immediate eviction with
no refund of the rental. This policy is strictly
enforced.
